About Me

Hey everyone, I’m Jason. I’m an Executive Chef and have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. My first experience in a professional kitchen was at a “Mom and Pop” pizza shop down the road from my house. The owners were family friends and I was able to get hired on as a dishwasher. While working there I moved through all the stations and quickly fell in love with the industry. That restaurant paved the way for me to become who I am today. After graduating high school, I went to culinary school in Phoenix, Arizona. I spent several years, working and going to school, eventually graduating and moving back home to Columbus, Ohio. Upon returning I began my culinary journey working at some of the best restaurants in the city. My love and passion for everything food and drink is something that I want to share with you.
